What if my preferred clinic isn't on the panel?

If your preferred clinic isn't currently in Soda's panel network, you have several options. This guide explains what you can do and how to get your clinic added to the network.

Your options:

  • Use a panel clinic nearby (cashless experience)
  • Request your clinic to be added (2-4 weeks)
  • Use non-panel clinic if on Soda Plus or Soda Flex, and non-panel claims are allowed (pay first, claim later)
  • Check if the clinic is already being added

 

Option 1: Find a nearby panel clinic

How do I find and use a panel clinic for my employee benefits in Singapore?

 

Option 2: Request clinic to be added to the Soda panel

How to request:

1. Contact your HR:

  • Ask HR to request the clinic addition
  • Provide cthe linic name and address
  • HR will contact Soda support

2. What information to provide:

  • Clinic name (full name)
  • Clinic address
  • Clinic contact number (if available)
  • Service type (GP, specialist, dental, etc.)
  • Why do you prefer this clinic

Timeline:

  • New clinics can be onboarded within 2-4 weeks
  • Panel network is constantly expanding
  • Soda actively adds new clinics

What happens:

  • Soda contacts clinic to join panel
  • Clinic goes through the onboarding process
  • Once added, clinic appears in app
  • You can use clinic with cashless benefits

 

Option 3: Use non-panel clinic (Soda Plus only, or Soda Flex if non-panel claims enabled)

If you're on Soda Plus:

How it works:

  1. Visit your preferred clinic
  2. Pay for services upfront
  3. Get receipt from clinic
  4. Open Soda app
  5. Submit claim with receipt photo
  6. Claim processed within 2-3 business days
  7. Reimbursement via payroll or direct transfer

Important notes:

  • Both panel and non-panel count toward annual limit
  • Reimbursement method depends on company setup

When this works best:

  • You're on Soda Plus / Flex with non-panel visits plan
  • You need to visit clinic immediately
  • You don't mind paying upfront
  • You want to use specific clinic now
