Keep your employee and dependant roster accurate so coverage, claims, and analytics stay in sync. In the portal, your roster lives under People.
View and search people
- In the sidebar, go to People.
- Use Search by name to find an employee or dependant.
- Use the Plan and Status filters to narrow the list.
- Click a person’s row to open their record.
Each row shows:

| User type | EMPLOYEE or CHILD / dependant |
| Health Plan | The health plan assigned to this person |
| Flex Plan | The flex plan assigned (or N/A) |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
Use the ⋯ menu at the end of a row for actions on that person.
Add a person
- Go to People.
- Select Add user (top right).
- Complete the required details: - Full name (as per NRIC/FIN) - Identification number (NRIC/FIN) - Date of birth - Employment start date - Email and mobile (recommended so they can use the member app) - Plan assignment (health, and flex where applicable)
- Add dependants if your policy covers family members.
- Review and Save.
Tip: Ensure the NRIC/FIN matches official documents exactly. Mismatches can block claim processing.
Edit a person
- Open the person from People.
- Update their details — common changes include email, mobile, plan assignment, or employment end date for leavers.
- Save your changes.
Offboarding a leaver
When an employee leaves:
- Set their employment end date (or mark them inactive) on their record.
- Confirm dependants are updated as appropriate.
- Do not delete historical records — past members remain visible for claim history and audit purposes.
Common issues
| Issue | What to do |

| Person not appearing | Clear the Status/Plan filters and search by name |
| Duplicate NRIC error | The person may already exist — search People and edit instead |
| Cannot add dependant | Check dependant limits on your plan; confirm the employee is active |
| New joiner can’t access the app | Confirm their email and mobile are correct on their record |
