Audience: All HR Portal users
Manage your login details and know where to go when you need support.
Profile details
- Click your profile icon or name (top right).
- Select Profile details (or go to Account → My profile).
- Review and update where permitted: - Display name - Contact email - Mobile number

Some fields (e.g. login email) may require support to change if tied to SSO or security policy.
Change your password
- Go to Account → Change password (or Password).
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Save.
Choose a strong, unique password. If your company uses SSO in the future, this screen may be replaced by your identity provider’s flow.
Roles and permissions
Not every HR user sees the same menus. Common setups:
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| HR Admin | Full member management, claims, uploads, analytics |
| HR Viewer | Read-only People list and reports |
| Finance | Claims history, analytics exports |
If you need access to a specific section (e.g. People, Claims Analytics), ask your company’s primary Soda admin or contact Soda support to adjust permissions.
