Use portal analytics to understand claims performance, clinic usage, and workforce health trends — in aggregate, without exposing individual medical details inappropriately.
Reports available in the HR Portal

Claims analytics
Overview
- Go to Claims analytics → Overview.
- Select your date range and any filters (claim type, member group).
- Review summary charts for submitted, approved, and paid amounts.
- Drill into detail tables where available.
- Use Export (if shown) for finance or leadership reporting.
Key metrics
Shows month-on-month trends — useful for board updates or renewal conversations.
- Open Key metrics.
- Compare periods (e.g. this quarter vs last).
- Click metric tiles to see underlying claim lists where drill-down is supported.
Turnaround time (TAT)
Monitor operational performance:
- Open TAT report.
- Review average days from submission to approval/payment.
- Identify bottlenecks — e.g. spikes often correlate with missing documents from employees.
Claim ageing
Find stuck claims:
- Open Ageing report.
- Review buckets (0–7 days, 8–14 days, 15+ days, etc.).
- Follow up with members or internal teams on old open items.
Panel utilisation
Understand how employees use the cashless panel network.
- Go to Panel utilisation → Overview.
- Review visit counts and spend by period.
- Open Statistics for breakdowns by service type or geography.
Use cases:
- Negotiate renewal based on actual usage patterns
- Promote under-used benefits (e.g. dental, health screening)
- Validate that employees know how to find panel clinics via the member app
Healthcare utilisation
Aggregated clinical trend reports for workforce health planning.
Diagnosis costing over time
- Go to Healthcare utilisation → Diagnosis costing over time.
- Review how diagnosis categories trend across quarters.
- Use for wellness programme planning — not for individual employee decisions.
Disease cost burden
- Open Disease cost burden.
- Identify condition categories driving the largest share of spend.
- Share aggregated insights with leadership; respect medical confidentiality.
Important: These reports are for population-level insights. Do not use them to make employment decisions about individuals.
Leave utilisation
MC by diagnosis
- Go to Leave utilisation → MC by diagnosis.
- Review MC frequency patterns by diagnosis category.
- Useful for absenteeism discussions and wellness planning.
Productivity loss
- Open Productivity loss.
- Review estimated productivity impact based on leave and MC data.
- Combine with HR attendance records for internal workforce planning.
Using analytics responsibly
- Share aggregated data with leadership; avoid naming individuals in group presentations
- Comply with PDPA and your internal HR data policies
- Use export files securely — do not email unencrypted spreadsheets with sensitive fields
- Refresh data timestamps are shown on reports — note the sync date when presenting
Common issues
