Understand what your company is covered for and confirm your organisation’s registered details.
View your plans
Your plans define what healthcare services employees can access, the benefits included, and the annual limit per employee.
- In the sidebar, go to Plan.
- Switch between the Health plans and Flex plans tabs.
- Each plan is shown as a card with its name, number of employees, number of benefits, the annual limit per employee, and whether it uses a custom or shared limit.
- Select Edit on a plan card to view or adjust its details.
You may hold several plans (for example, one per team or employee grade). The annual limit shown on each card is the amount available per employee on that plan.
See which plan a person is on
To check an individual’s plan, go to People, open their record, and review their assigned Health Plan and Flex Plan. This is useful when answering eligibility questions before a visit.
Company Profile
The Company Profile page shows your organisation’s registered information on Soda. It has two tabs: Profile and Billing & Invoice.
Profile tab
- In the sidebar, go to Company Profile (the Profile tab opens by default).
- Review: - Company details — business registration number (UEN) and company name - Contact details — name, email, phone, and address
Use Edit (top right) to update details where permitted. If something can’t be changed (e.g. a legal name change), contact Soda support with supporting documentation.
Billing & Invoice tab
- Go to Company Profile → Billing & Invoice.
- Review billing details and the invoices issued for your policy.
- Download invoices where available for finance reconciliation.
This is the quickest place to answer finance team questions about what has been billed and when.

Your contract and portal configuration are the final source of truth — use the Plan page for day-to-day reference.
Explaining benefits to employees
When employees ask “Am I covered for X?”:
- Check the Plan page for the benefit category and limit.
- Confirm the person is active and past any waiting period.
- Clarify panel (cashless at network clinics) vs non-panel (pay first, claim later).
- Point employees to the member app for e-cards and panel clinic search.
Do not share other employees’ utilisation or claim details — analytics are aggregated for HR reporting.
